We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

UK delivery

FREE Standard Delivery available on all orders over £100.

FREE Next Day Delivery is available on all orders over £140.

Our Standard Shipping with Royal Mail is Tracked 48 with Signature and costs £4.95.  For larger orders weighing between 2kg and 10kg, Standard Shipping with Royal Mail will cost £8.30.  Standard shipping aims to deliver 2-3 days after dispatch. 

For anything urgent, use our Next Day Delivery option, Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature, which is £5.79.  For larger orders weighing between 2kg and 10kg, Next Day Delivery is £9.40. This applies to next working day, and you must order before 1pm for same-day dispatch.  If you order after 1pm, your order will be dispatched the following working day. For example, if you order at 5pm on a Monday, your order should arrive on Wednesday. 

Northern Ireland & Channel Islands Delivery

Our standard shipping for orders to Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands is £9.99 and aims to deliver 3 - 5 days after dispatch.

British Forces Post Office (BFPO)

Our standard shipping to BFPO addresses is £9.99 and aims to deliver 3 - 5 days after dispatch.

International orders

Unfortunately, we only ship to the UK under this site. However, you can check whether we have website for your country or area by clicking the flag icon in our site's header.
