How do I return?
- Enter your Account
- Select the item you want to return and the reason for return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 14 days of delivery of your product, but they must be;
- In its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Unopened and unused
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for returns within our 14 day return window as long as your product matches our Returns policy
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How soon will I get my refund?
- When we have received your return and inspected it, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also confirm approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 15 working days.
